Solomon Eichner

Originally from Baltimore, Solomon Eichner studied privately in Maryland with Virginia Reinecke, Reynaldo Reyes and Irene Kreymer. He graduated with his Bachelor of Music degree from the Manhattan School of Music studying with Arkady Aronov and Master of Music degree from the Peabody Conservatory having studied with Alexander Shtarkman. Equally at home with solo, chamber and concerto performances, Solomon Eichner has established himself as an exciting versatile young artist. He is known for his commanding performances of the romantic keyboard repertoire. Solomon recently made his Carnegie Hall Debut recital on April 30, 2016, after winning the Golden Key Debut International Competition NYC. Solomon has also performed at Steinway Hall and Merkin Concert Hall, both in New York City. "Solomon displays uncommon gifts at the piano. His large scale conceptions create expansive narratives in his performances, and his explosive temperament makes every note ring with energy and excitement." - Dr. Marina Lomazov (USC Chair of Piano)
